Hi, my name is Don Cann. I have been good friends with the Deans since we were kids. I have a lot of wrench time in on this car with my best friend, Mark Dean. This was his car and not John's as stated here. Mark bought it as a painted roller, and we finished it in the yellow it came with before tearing it down for a complete re-build in red a couple of years later. Lots of good memories cruising down to the beach, as well as cruising Whittier and Van Nuys Blvds. It's pretty wild learning how people are talking about our work all these years later. Pretty cool actually. We were just enjoying what we thought was cool. Hope this helps.
